Following a diagnosis of an under-active thyroid in the early spring I was prescribed the lowest dose of thyroxine. However, I still had intermittent feelings of exhaustion but was reluctant to ask for a higher dose of medication. I therefore decided to try acupuncture while continuing to take the original low-dose medication. I had been diagnosed with M.E. for over a year since giving acupuncture a try. Following an intestive burst of treatment I now see Pippa every two months. I feel acupuncture really helps with M.E. My energy increases after each session and I no longer pick up every bug going. Pippa is very understanding in her approach and I really enjoy these relaxing treatments.
