Brian has done a lot of air conditioning and plumbing work for me, both at my house and at my 92 year old mother's condominium. Her air conditioning went out on a hot July afternoon - Brian made a special trip by after hours to replace the part that had failed and get her A?C working again. Recently I had a 20+ year old in-line whole house water filter fail and turn my basement into a swamp: I called Brian at 5pm and he was out at noon the next day with a new filter assembly and got the job done quickly. Bryan didn't show up, twice. I came home and nothing, no call or show up. When I called him he said he was too busy. This happened twice. I will never call him again.
A poor experience with this one. No customer service. Stay Away!
