5 stars all the way. I called Colin and left a message about concerns around bagpipes I bought used from someone else. Colin called me back right away and spent a lot of time asking questions to understand my needs. I ended up setting a time with him to go up the next day. I show up to the shop and Colin spent time looking over my pipes and making recommendations to make playing them easier.
