Horrible, Oak Hill WV location we were about to open the door when a lady opened it up and said “did you need something” ummmm yes that’s why we were there. We told her we needed to speak with the loan office and she told us “I’m sorry, she’s with someone and I’m leaving “ we told her we didn’t mind to wait and she would not even let us in the door, she said “ she doesn’t want anyone else in here, come back on Monday” this was 3pm on a Friday. All around bad business choice will be going to a better bank. I pay for same day wires to go in my account some show same day some dont. Call corporate and their reasoning is sometimes the accountant goes home early. I dont play with their money they shouldn't play with mine.
