In a beautiful residential neighborhood with so many wonderful trails to explore. The manager is wonderful as well as her maintenance fellow who takes care our needs. However, that being said, with all the glowing reviews, left by those who don't live here, I certainly did not expect to be dealing with the thieving that goes on and has been for a long time, with items disappearing from hallways and packages being taken from the mail room when left unattended, even to the point where nothing is safe and items dissapear the mi... read more
I like the location and all the walking trails my mother has access too. But theft has been a problem for her at Pioneer Village. She has had her wallet and phone stolen twice, and they both were taken in the common areas. They need better security.
Horrible place, nothing but thieving here look elsewhere!
I live here we totally love living here we never want to move again people are so lovin' and caring and we have a awesome sweet landlord her name is Angela cope we love her so much put your application in to move in up here you will be so happy you did it is so awesome living here on a scale of 1 Thur 10 I would give this place a huge 10+ hope to see you soon one day very satisfied tenai Bonnie and Melvin carter tell Angela we referred you to come and fill out your application before it is to late
