Very good location with friendly and helpful staff. The parking lot is a little small but with all their branch locations it's very convenient when in the area. I've gone to their yearly shredding event which is a great service they provide for free. They usually have decent CD rates compared to other financial institutions in the area. Very happy as a customer of theirs.
The traditional perks for banking with a credit Union begins and ends with a free checking account at PVCU. Nothing more Nothing less. I applied for a $12000 Line of credit and was offered $1000 personal loan! I balked , they didn’t budge , instead they suggested a secured loan , ( locking $12000 of my money to borrow $12000 of my money… Genius!!). I have had this bank for years and every time I visit the wilbraham Rd branch everyone is so helpful and polite. However Ben is total opposite. He’s rude, unhelpful, and shouldn’t be working with the public.
