I have had this bank for years and every time I visit the wilbraham Rd branch everyone is so helpful and polite. However Ben is total opposite. He’s rude, unhelpful, and shouldn’t be working with the public.

0 and I mean 0 stars! All I needed was for them to buy out the car I had lease. They kept running me around on b.s. INCOMPETENT! Now I’m stuck with a $5,000 bill on a car I no longer own. You kept running me around saying I needed this and that and once I did as you requested you then brought up something else only to finally say bc my father co-signed I can’t get the buyout!
