It really stinks that while they have better loan rates than other options, that they can't have an online banking system that works the way it needs to. It fails to process a scheduled payment so you get a call telling you that you are late, so you reschedule the payment and make it immediately. Then next month they take a double payment because now their system is "fixed" and processed both payments on the same loan. Compare to the big Bank, I'll stick with the credit union
How are you going to hold a person responsible for something they didn't do. An employee deposits money in someone's account and your holding that person responsible to pay for the employees mistake. I would never use or refer someone to this credit union
The center is so clean. The customer service is amazing! I get exactly what I need each time. God bless these employees!
