Amazing customer service. I needed a new zipper sewn into my 4 man Eureka tent. When I called to inquire about the service needed I was greeted with a pleasant welcome voice and a nod that they would be happy to provide the service I needed. When I walked into this building at first glance I noticed a room very organized and full of the necessary equipment to fulfill any job you could need.
