I had a very disappointing experience with Pioneer Trucking. I came in for a drug test, and it was clear that the staff had little to no knowledge about the process. It was frustrating and felt very unprofessional. On top of that, the senior staff member at the front desk was extremely rude and argumentative. Instead of helping, she spoke in a disrespectful manner and acted like she didn’t want to assist at all.
