My son rides bus route X183, and he has told me multiple times the bus driver is rude and mean. Today, I witnessed it myself—and it was shocking. The driver didn’t realize I was on the phone when she started disrespecting my child, asking him, “Why the hell did your mom even send you to school?” Then she said, “If your mom wants to get it, she can,” basically threatening to fight me—in front of kids. The drivers blows red lights with children on the bus. Nothing ever happens to them. You see the same driver doing the same thing.they go through stop signs.

By far the worst bus company in NYC , unprofessional, I had to confront the bus driver this morning for talking crap about me in front of my child ,she thought I wasn't gonna bring it to her attention like how stupid can you be ? One of their impatient and idiotic bus drivers in the Bronx just banged on my car window so hard I thought it was going to break. Then she hopped on the bus and closed the doors. When I got out and asked her why’d she do that through the closed bus doors, she called her base, who I guess called the police.
