I love Pioneer Transportation Corp and I saw their buses today!!!!
I most certainly would give this bus company zero stars if I could. Not only did they not pick up my child on a rainy day at the scheduled time they stated to me but they proceeded to lie as they stated they came at an earlier time. I have made numerous reports to OPT on this issue. The dispatch also hangs up on people when you call to inquire where bus is. Extremely unprofessional service, please get another company to service your child!
Route number 8753 Jan /Feb 2026. If I can give them a zero I would. I waited in the freezing cold day after day waiting for this bus driver. I confirmed they were 8 mins away and when ten mins passed by and I called back. The dispatcher said it lefted already. It was ten degrees out side. The dispatcher he spoke as if he can't help me. Even several days later I asked if he could contact the bus driver to explain the situation, and he said we don't do that here, we can't call them. Very rude. No one has answers. Horrible bussing company. No communication at all. Staff is rude and nasty do not try to resolve issues. Refused to pick up my special needs child even though they are mandated to so!
