Honestly really tired of this location. The staff always seems to have a poor attitude and treat you like you're too much of a bother for them to do their job. Always wait and wait without anyone saying we'll be right with you or anything of the sort. Stand there waiting to speak to someone in an office and they don't even acknowledge you. This is on MULTIPLE occasions along with other incidents of bad attitude or them making things more complicated than they need to be. Pioneer bank in wynantskill is the best bank in the area. I have been a customer for almost 20 years and they are always so pleasant and professional. I have had several banks over the years and pioneer bank is the best by far! I recommend this bank to everyone.
