Moved my mom here in October of 2023, and it was a great experience. At every point including the apartment selection, contract signing, moving in and then moving out (due to her needing assisted living), the processes were smooth. The management team at PRIL is, to a person, professional, courteous and responsive. The dining is really restaurant quality. My Dad has been living at Pioneer Ridge Independent Living for almost two years and he loves it! His apartment is very nice, modern, and looks brand new. The food is great, the staff is caring and accommodating, and there are lots of activities for the residents to enjoy. The entire building is very impressive and modern including the pub, dining room, library, theatre, gym, and the concierge desk.
