Go check the Medicare.gov site before considering sending your loved one there. They have repeatedly failed health inspections and neglected residents.

I worked with Ann Bell at this facility to move my mom from another facility to pioneer ridge assisted living. The facility is beautiful and rooms are nice. Ann went the extra mile to work with us and answer all our questions. The facility was all about being loved. We were all set to move my mom in later this week. But, unfortunately her health took a downturn and she passed away before she could move in. You will not find another facility that will work with you more than Ann will.

My father is currently at Pioneer Ridge. I live nearly 200 miles away and anytime I have a question, I can NEVER reach the staff, which is beyond frustrating. Their phone numbers don't have voicemail so the numbers just ring and ring... and then it hangs up. You would think that paying the outrageous amount of money in that we're paying to this facility each month, we could at least reach the staff when we need to speak with them. VERY frustrating and un-professional. Looking to move my dad to a facility closer to me ASAP!!

My mom had a brief stay here in her final days. They were not easy. The staff was very accommodating and made sure that her needs were met and she was not in any pain. They jumped through a lot of hoops for her, swapping out beds numerous times until they found one that was comfortable, taking care of her physical and mental wellbeing at all hours of the night, offering to do her hair, massage her feet, and just generally making sure she still felt like a human and not just an account or, as some folks in hospice can feel, l... read more
