I don't have the words to adequately describe my time and experience during my stay at Pioneer. Wonderful staff,clients,food, even PT was made as pleasant as possible. Im normally critical but honestly can't find any glowing issues at all. I highly recommend Pioneer for yourself, your family and friends. Anyone that you love. I don’t know who the charge nurse was or who the CNAS were but some of you idiots need to quit and go work at McDonalds or something, my mothers call light was on for god knows how long and she over heard one of the staff members say “ it’s only her light I’ll get to it later” if your to lazy to go check on a resident in need, maybe you should just go ahead and quit, forfit your license and chose a different career because clearly health care and therapy isn’t your calling.
