I don’t know who the charge nurse was or who the CNAS were but some of you idiots need to quit and go work at McDonalds or something, my mothers call light was on for god knows how long and she over heard one of the staff members say “ it’s only her light I’ll get to it later” if your to lazy to go check on a resident in need, maybe you should just go ahead and quit, forfit your license and chose a different career because clearly health care and therapy isn’t your calling. I can't say enough good things about my experience here.The staff has gone above and beyond for me. They have become friends.
The folks at Pioneer gave my mom excellent care. From day one they were friendly , caring and helpful. They always kept me up to date on my moms needs and condition I don’t think there is a better place. I truly don’t know what I would have done without the Pioneer folks. Angels from above for sure
