Horrendous and appalling customer service. The owner, Raakesh Patel was extremely aggressive as he hurled offensive language at me. While addressing a minor complaint with him, Raakesh lost his temper, began verbally assaulting me, and used the "F" bomb multiple times. I remained calm and professional throughout the entire encounter, but he continued to use profanity with me.
