My wife’s family found Pioneer looking for a place to help us care for my mother-in-law. The administration and staff are caring, competent, available and friendly. They treat the residents with kindness and grace. They do even the difficult tasks with a smile day after day. It’s easy to see how much they care about both the residents and each other. The administration is horrible there the facility is great the way Wendy the administrator talks to people like they are beneath her or trash is totally unacceptable. I hope the owner reaches out to me so I can show them how she talks to people and that is who you want representing your company. Wow glad I did not work there very long to see how things operate.
