This company is HORRIBLE! They will harass you with phone calls if you are even one date late on your bill. They will not provide you with a written bill and their online payment system doesn't work the majority of the time as their security settings are not strong enough for most banks to work with. The customer service representatives are beyond rude and they outright called me a liar when I said I did not receive a welcome package and then refused to send me one.
