Horribly managed bank
I've always been treated with kindness and respect here. And the unfortunate times when I've had an invalidated purchase show up on my card or a questionable online seller they are very quick to respond and call me about it. They've always had my back.
Couldn't even understand what the hell they were saying the phone and then they just hung up on me. Absolutely the WORST service with a bank I've ever experienced!
