I have been a customer for 18 years and the bank staff are particularly nice! I used to go exclusively to the Glenmont branch where they have always been helpful. One of the young ladies there, Jessie, was (and IS) an exceptional employee. She helped me out with several loans (and even reached out to me on her own about a super deal on a mortgage a few years back). I gladly refinanced with this great deal. I've been with Pioneer for 25 years and in the Delmar branch from the day they opened the branch. The entire team there has always been extremely friendly and always competent and helpful. As a CPA for over 50 years I've dealt with dozens of banks and this one is by far the best. No BS. Not from them nor from me in recommending them.
It is December 13th -- right around the corner from the holidays. I lost my job end of October. I had gotten a bit behind and to make a long story short, Stephanie at the Delmar branch was kind, generous and understanding and legitimately helped me out in several ways. I have since gotten a new job, but without asking twice Stephanie went above and beyond and did the max of what was allowed. Thank you so much, I hope you see this or it makes a difference somehow.
