Horrible, the "manager" is a joke. I ordered a take out order and not only did they over charge my card but they charged it twice. A 38 dollar bill, and they hit my card for over 100.00. When I called to have it refunded the "manager" said he basicaly couldn't do anything about it. " these things work themselves out usualy." Even though I have bills coming out and now their mistake is going to rack up overage fees. Living in such a small city, it's really not good for business to treat your "locals" like that. We will just go somewhere else. .

I have lived in Fernley since 1958 and I have been going to your establishment since it opened and was treated very badly by your casino floor manager and cage manager when they came into the restaurant because I asked for my hashbrowns to be cooked a little extra because they always come out raw and they put them in the deep fryer they came out hard as a rock and I complained, this young chunky girl said she was the manager and I complained last week about the same thing and she said that's the way they cook them extra and ... read more
