Very rude over the phone. Sounded like me calling was an inconvenience. Decided to go somewhere else. I know they're busy on days like today but I don't want to feel like I'm bothering someone when I'm trying to do business with them.
The ladies at the Athens TN branch are terrific the treat you with respect and are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. You should check them out
