Would not recommend this bank to anyone. There is only suppose to be a hold on a check for 10 days if over a certain amount. There a check that has been there since June 21, 2013 that is a 401k check and they have not release not one dollar to the customer. They are not doing their job and it is bad when you have to hire a lawyer to get the money out of your own account. This is poor customer service.
