Excellent community minded bank.
Ariadan Muro is wonderful. She was really kind and treated me as a real person. I love Pioneer Bank, all of the members are great, and they treat customers as their family.
Amy had great customer service! She is so friendly. I went to cash a check awhile back and she was so fast and efficient. Definitely would open an account if I lived in the area!
Manager refused to listen to my daughter's side of the story believed her employee. Miss Montoya dismissed me and said she would closed my daughter's accounts in 30 day her accounts have always been in good standing she is disabled and recently approved to get her disability starting this month but know her accounts have been closed she will not receive it because someone got there feelings hurt my disabled daughter will not receive her check until she has another account open and her being sick its gonna be hard to her to t... read more
