Walked in with a bank draft which is one of the most secure ways of depositing and they still put it on a 5 day hold lol, might as well use a regular check at this point, was going to use the money to buy a car on sale today but they decided to hold the money for tha long of a time, I suggest others to swap to other banks since pioneer is too small to do anything in a timely manner.
This bank is great. Super informative and easy set ups. Staff is well informed and clearly knows how to handle things. Trust them.
I met 2 colleagues this morning at the University Branch in Las Cruces; we needed to add 2 signatories to our non-profit business account and remove two others. Breanna Montoya was the officer assigned to help us, and she did a great job. She knew exactly which forms needed to be filled out, which documents were needed, what she needed to verify with the bank on line. She was also very pleasant and professional. Every atm machine is always broken or out of money
Staff is friendly and it's a convenient location as it is close to my house. The problem i have is that I usually go to the ATM at least once a week and most of the time the ATM isn't in working order. Everytime I have been to the other locations, the ATM's are up and working. It's a wonder of why this location can't keep their ATM in working order on a regular basis. I enjoy banking here, but this is very inconvenient and I'm contemplating changing banks due to this issue.
