Unlike Chase and other large banks, Pioneer charges an overdraft fee the moment you overdraft even if you did cover the overdraft before closing. I consider this poor banking. I've not been thrilled by anything at Pioneer, to tell the truth. I had an overdraft that was entirely NOT my fault due to something a Vendor did and they refused to rescind the charge. Too many things adding up to a generally poor performance.

Walked in with a bank draft which is one of the most secure ways of depositing and they still put it on a 5 day hold lol, might as well use a regular check at this point, was going to use the money to buy a car on sale today but they decided to hold the money for tha long of a time, I suggest others to swap to other banks since pioneer is too small to do anything in a timely manner.
This bank is great. Super informative and easy set ups. Staff is well informed and clearly knows how to handle things. Trust them.
