I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Pioneer Bank. Someone fraudulently took $400 from my account, which caused my account to go into the negative. I immediately filed a dispute and I’m still waiting for the money to be returned. Because of this fraudulent transaction, I was also charged two overdraft fees. I went into the bank today to get a new card and asked if they could refund the overdraft fees since I would never have been overdrawn if the fraudulent transaction had never happened in the first place.
