I called Pioneer because I got a fraud alert and then someone called me telling me they were a customer service rep for Pioneer operating from Carlsbad NM. This person wanted me to add Apple Pay to reverse a fraud attempt and I knew this was wrong and suspected this was a scam. Called Pioneer and spoke to Gloria and she confirmed that it was a scam as the bank would never ask for me to do what this other person was asking. Previously in November, I tried to set up an external transfer. I made a mistake and couldn’t set up the transfer. I called the bank, I was told that I had to wait till the system worked its way through the and to try again at a later time. They couldn’t do anything about the problem. So I waited, tried again today, and I still had the same problem. So I called Pioneer Bank I reached Gloria Rodriguez, and in a few minutes she solved the problem.
