I needed help paying my school taxes and they are the bank associated with my County and School Location. The woman who assisted me was very efficient.
As someone who uses this branch for commercial banking, Heather has been so welcoming, efficient, and kind to me every time I come in. I cannot recommend this bank enough for commercial needs for Waterford (and other) businesses! There's a reason that Heather has won an award and I do feel others should go in-person to understand how deserving of that award she is. Not to forget to mention, the other tellers are also very wonderful and kind people, I just so happen to visit Heather the most when I am banking!

Heather is great! I purposefully go out of my way to go to the Waterford branch, even though the Clifton park branch is closer. Waterford branch goes above and beyond and you’re in and out!
