Love pioneer bank Ashley is awesome! Donna was amazing with my auto loans! Vanessa helped me with my transactions and never complained even when I had bent money.
I had a government check with both mine and my husband’s name on it, and I wanted to deposit it into my account. I was told by three different employees at Pioneer that all I needed to do was come to the bank with my husband, bring both our IDs, both of us sign the check and I could deposit the check into my account. My husband and I did just that this morning and was told by two employees at the drive up that I first needed to add my husband to my account, no exceptions. If you can't afford a new American Flag in front of your bank then don't fly one at all. Flying an old and tattered flag is disrespectful and says a lot about the kind of bank and service you provide.
Inconsiderate inconsistent Terrible Management
They've lost all compassion and courtesy for their loyal clients and I'm heavily debating on changing my bank and closing my several accounts .
