Hands down the absolute WORST bank in all of Waco and that's saying something! Fees to cash a check.... lame, but whatever. Then they don't want to cash the check but instead, charge more fees to give me a different check. How in the hell are you even still around!? Avoid this crap hole at all costs!
Employees are very helpful and friendly. And go out of their way to give I was impressed at the speed all this happened tome . All was notified one day, all accounts were closed, had new cards in 4 days and no im not joking. And now back in business. ALL company’s should be this fast an profesint. Yep, makes life a lot easier knowing someone is looking out for me.a good customer service.
I am writing this not merely as a recorded grievance, but as a testament to the psychological tax Sunflower Bank has levied against me. There is a specific type of exhaustion that comes from witnessing a glaring, systemic flaw and watching those in power choose—day after day—to let it remain.
