I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff at the Colonie Branch. I love the small town feel when I walk into the bank. I'm immediately recognized and spoken to as a friend. They are always willing to go above and beyond to help with my needs. I can't imagine banking anywhere else! Top notch team!

Everyone is friendly, they know my name, ask about my family, and have provided me with various services. It really feels like a community bank where people and their experiences matter.
