Great staff, very friendly, I have never been to a bank where they call you by your name when you walk in.
I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff at the Colonie Branch. I love the small town feel when I walk into the bank. I'm immediately recognized and spoken to as a friend. They are always willing to go above and beyond to help with my needs. I can't imagine banking anywhere else! Top notch team!
