This is a great bank location. It always has a great vibe and you feel comfortable. Nichole is always super friendly and efficient client service banker. Nermin is also friendly and a great branch manager
I've been going to this branch for about six years now and have always felt that everyone workng there is very professional and personable.From the very first time they have always remembered my name and have always been accomidating of my financial needs.On one recent occasion I forgot my ID there,but there was a message on my home phone within 15 minutes.Thank You&Special thanks to Nikki,Lori,Alexia,&anyone else who works here.This branch should be a role model of how all locations should be.It's my favorite!
The Colonie Branch is top notch service. Every transaction, every interaction is met with a smile. Alexis, Laurie and Nicki make every visit amazing. They know me by name when I walk in. They ask about my family since they know my boys are into sports. I wont go to another branch.
Stopping in here is always a positive to my busy schedule.
