I checked in as soon as they opened. Docked immediately, 15 minutes to load, got my BOL and left by 7:30. Very friendly staff.
They give you an appointment, but it takes up to 5 hours to unloadin. Why do they require a strict appointment?
Arrived at 9am didn't get a door until 130pm, didn't start getting unloaded until 230pm, finished unload at 315pm. No driver facilities of lounge
Nice people but even if you have an appointment you will sit there for hours to get loaded. I was there a total of 4.5 hours.
