Prepare to be sitting here a long time. I arrived and after checking in, someone came out their dock. 3 other trucks in docks being loaded, or rarely being loaded. It’s a hit or miss vs other who came and arrived and left. Also it depends on what product you are picking up to. Everyone doesn’t have to get on the scale before heading to the docks. I checked in as soon as they opened. Docked immediately, 15 minutes to load, got my BOL and left by 7:30. Very friendly staff.
They give you an appointment, but it takes up to 5 hours to unloadin. Why do they require a strict appointment?
Arrived at 9am didn't get a door until 130pm, didn't start getting unloaded until 230pm, finished unload at 315pm. No driver facilities of lounge
