Did not greet us, horrible customer service. All the attention was geared towards the Caucasian people that walked in the store.
Great store with kind staff. They helped me pick out a hat and got it sized and fitted wonderfully.

Horrible people, i don’t recommend this store. Very expensive, low cuallity boots, they promise have life warranty and you request it to fix for exemple the sipper and they ignore you. After two months I left my boots to be fixes the manager and David one of the employees returned saying the boot where made in Mexico and wasn’t possible to send it and fixed. They didn’t offer a solution. PLEASE BE AWARE THE KIND OF COMPANY IS IT.
I asked to exchange XL for a L Stetson cowboy shirt. Misty said SURE! Misty told me where to send it. I sent it, it arrived & they have GHOSTED me ever since. I have called, I have emailed. I have even emailed other stores asking for help. I just cant understand........ I lost my sick sisters gift......Its gone............
