Our driver, Giovanni was very funny and kind. He was running late upon pickup. He didn't seem to have car seat installation training or knowledge. Therefore I can't recommend them for families with small children. He did have a great knowedge about the area and different theme parks. When I called to confirm my ride back to the airport at the end of our trip, I could hear the person on the phone talking to whomever he was with about me. Very unprofessional.
