I am pleased to report that after having left four messages with other Physiotherapists, three of whom did not call me back, I was frustrated. I then received a prompt return call from Pinpoint to offer their services. All of the workers at Pinpoint are very professional and cheerful. It is obvious they enjoy their work. This makes for a calming atmosphere for patients. Good on all of you!!
I see both Martin and Kayla on a regular basis for all my physio needs! Super grateful for all of the wonderful staff- from the PTs to Reception. I always recommend Pinpoint to anyone on the hunt for physiotherapy!
Anna once again helped me to make working as a Painter possible. Her knowledge and dedication to getting to the root problem is unprecedented for myself. She 1st helped me with a crushed T12 in my back. I also broke me left femur. She helped me so much with that. I also ruptured my left Achilles tendon and she helped so much with that too. Staff are always super friendly too and I would advise getting on the cancelation list. It's great for getting seen quicker
Friendly atmosphere and my physio is fantastic. I feel listened to and helped and supported along a healing path. I'd never had physio before last year but now I am a confirmed fan. The depth of knowledge is amazing. I would still be hobbling around without it. :)
Great service from beginning to end. Lovely friendly staff. Good and very fair treatment. Would highly recommend for anyone seeking physio
