I received physiotherapy treatment from therapists Anna and Joe, both are exceptionally gifted. IMS was done and resulted in significant decrease in pain from my Jan 6th Car accident. I was also given extensive video exercises and a forward thinking treatment plan. I am receiving benefits from ICBC and Pinpoint has been amazing ensuring that the required reports to support reimbursements have been provided. Every aspect of this clinic is very professional and welcoming. Well deserved 5 STARS!!! Highly recommended.
Joe was amazing, got me back in the kayak after a long shoulder injury. Would definitely recommend him and the team.
I am pleased to report that after having left four messages with other Physiotherapists, three of whom did not call me back, I was frustrated. I then received a prompt return call from Pinpoint to offer their services. All of the workers at Pinpoint are very professional and cheerful. It is obvious they enjoy their work. This makes for a calming atmosphere for patients. Good on all of you!!
