Either dishonest or plain ignorant. Confident in initial response of a solid solution to a visa matter. Then goes into a script after payment made to receive service. Should have just said they're unable to help, from the start. The 'advice' included multiple factual inaccuracies.

Not at all helpful after taking deposit. Ceased services in an almost script-like fashion after I submitted a complaint due to his lack of responses and support.
