DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR unless you have at least 2 hours to kill for a simple appointment. This is a busy office, however I noticed patients being taken to the examining rooms one after another, even several who came in after me. (They must have been seeing other caregivers) I waited for nearly 50 minutes before I finally asked at the desk if it would take much longer. nice doc but had to switch My doc is a good doc i just had to switch because the staff is so incompetant that they lost my file and i had an ultrasound that was done in december that should have been read in two weeks and they couldnt even find my file to read to me... This office is so unprofessional that they could actually probably make someone sicker if they had the chance
Love my Doctor dislike the office and the staff upfront My ob did an amazing job. I started with her at an office in Englewood, and I would have delivered at swedish. In january 09 she decided to switch practices. Me and my boyfriend loved her so much we switched with her. At her Englewood office, the staff in the wait room were friendly and even remembered my name. At Horizon they act as if your a burden! They aren't mean just uninviting. Very knowledgable and willing to help women under any circumstances I felt very scared when I found out I was pregnant. But after the first visit, I was certain everything would work out and be okay. She was always straight forward with me and always took time to make sure that all of my questions were answered. I was able to call anytime with questions or concerns and was treated with compassion. Their office never gets irritated no matter how many times you have to call.
