We had a wonderful experience working with Mickey! She was incredibly helpful and patient as we chose the perfect tile for our first home. The selection at the store is absolutely beautiful — it was hard to pick just one! Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality tiles and great service.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They made me pay in full in advance for my tile, which I gladly did because they said they could hold it for a few weeks before delivering it. Then for the two weeks leading up to my installation they were cagey about delivery date, then the day before my installation they finally told us that they had sold my tile to someone else. So now my house has been emptied into a POD, and I have no tile, and now they're saying 4 more weeks maybe. The owner was completely unapologetic, and outrigh... read more

If I could give this tile store less than 1 stars I would. We bought and paid for $10,000 worth of tile to be delivered and installed while we were out of town. For over a month we were calling to get an ETA on delivery. We could never get a straight answer. The day before our trip we were told that THEY SOLD THE TILE TO SOMEONE ELSE and would not be able to deliver for another 3 weeks. I am out of pocket for a pod. My project is severely delayed. I will now need pay out of pocket for a hotel and an extenstion on the pod. Th... read more
