Pinnovate was exceptional to deal with for my daughter's birthday. They went above and beyond to make it so special. She had a blast!
Took my niece here for a birthday and it was such a fun change from the usual party spots. The kids got to make their own stuffed animals and were so proud to take them home. Fun way to spend a couple of hours together
My daughter recently had a birthday party here, she was extremely excited about it and was counting down the days for it to arrive. I am very disappointed to say the least, she did not enjoy her party due to a staff member with the name of Chloe. Chloe treated her with disrespect and acted like she was dumb because she was having a bit of trouble understanding the activity. My daughter is only 7, lets not bully a little girl please. Chloe is obviously in this job just for the money, very disappointed in this team member.
We had an absolutely amazing experience at Pinnovate for my daughter’s birthday party. We chose the Build-A-Bear / Stuff-A-Bear activity, and from start to finish it was fantastic. The atmosphere was fun, inclusive, and positive—exactly what you’d hope for at a kid’s party. Our instructor, Ms. Jess, along with her equally awesome helper (sorry—cannot for the life of me remember her name… let’s just call her the “Additional Pinnovate Person of Awesomeness”), deserve a gold medal (and maybe a standing ovation) for their abilit... read more
