I have had Pinnacol Assurance for years. Great company to work with. Online portal is easy to navigate. Audits and certificates are easy. I have had no surprises. Completely satisfied with Pinnacol Assurance.
We are a 10+ year customer. The last few years Pinnacol has been performing audits of our payroll. This is reasonable, however they are implemented poorly. Pinnacol is unclear about what data they need so completing this has required a lengthy back and forth. Big time suck.
