I’ve dealt with Pinnacol as an injured worker and an employer required to provide workman’s comp insurance. My experiences with Pinnacol has always been professional and trustworthy! Every interaction was handled immediately and to the best of their ability. I’ve never had an issue with any staff at Pinnacol as all are attentive, compassionate and courteous!
I have this insurance they over charge me I paid $660 at month later $800 now $2,135 a month is ridiculous. I have the auditory with Karen and they said I paid almost $270,000 in check and is not true I get all my checks statement and is less. later I spoke with another lady said I get covered for commercial work and is not true because I deal directly with them. This insurances is the worst

Pinnacol is a leader in workmans comp insurance. We've had a policy for years. Luckily, we haven't had to file many claims, but they have always been prompt, friendly and knowledgable when we've needed them.
