Pinnacle Telephone & Data was hired to move our company's telephone system in March 2014. Upon reinstalling the system they informed us that the voicemail module was not working and charged us $750 for a new voicemail module. However, it has never worked properly and it is still not working. Pinnacle has not returned to fix the system. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
