I found Emily a very supportive, open minded lady who's compassionate & understanding with good clear communication. Professional & flexible whilst maintaining a client centred approach along with her friendly & positive personality made me feel comfortable in having her support my journey back to work.
I cannot recommend Jess highly enough, she was the biggest support for me throughout what turned out to be a very complex and challenging process with my claim. She approaches everything with the utmost genuine care and compassion, I wouldn’t have managed my claim without her support.
David was very responsive, knowledgeable and understanding. He was very helpful despite some challenging circumstances. Overall awesome service. Highly recommended!
