This is an awesome place. I love the staff and they care about how I feel. I was able to laugh and be free. The therapy is going great and they help me in every way possible. You guys are like family and I'm so comfortable. Thank you all for helping me with getting better. I would recommend this pace to anyone. Love you guys. And for putting up with me. My experience with McKenzie and the staff at Pinnacle was honestly amazing. McKenzie has the best bedside mannerism, is easy to talk to, and really listens to how you feel. I had come from a place that had left a bad taste in my mouth so needless to say I was very wary. I also have life-long phobias and fears, related to the body, such as chronic-pain panic attacks, so that didn't really help but McKenzie totally changed my outlook on physical therapy as a whole. Michael and Ellie are fantastic! I couldn't walk for more than a few minutes at a time when I started and I'm basically back to normal just after a few weeks. 11/10!
The staff are always professional, courteous, and friendly. They have a way of making you feel at ease which makes therapy go very smooth. Michael has given me back things that I used to take for granted i.e. normal daily functions and a GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP!!! I feel blessed to be his and his staff's patient.
