Stewart is an expert therapist. He has worked with my elite squad for a few months now and his input has been invaluable. He plays a key role in keeping the elite athletes in the squad able to perform high quality reps week in week out. I've used Stewart for both the Sports Massage and his Speed Performance Training and am delighted with both services! For the massage, he takes the time to understand your problem areas, but considers your body from a holistic view, ensuring treatment is targeted, but also comprehensive to get you moving again!
