I couldn't be happier with the treatment I've received at Pinnacle Performance. Tessa is a truly outstanding clinician. When I was first seen, my neurologist was starting to mention that I might need a cervical spine fusion. With Tessa's help, I have fended off surgery for over 10 years. My whole family uses Pinnacle and every staff member, from the clinicians to the front desk staff is fantastic.

I used to be a patient of Ira, and she didn’t just help me with my pelvic floor issues, diaphragm issues, and spinal issues, but she also restored hope for me in all areas of my life. I recently switched over to Amy, and I have barely just started working with her. They genuinely care deeply about you, and even though it might not be what you may be used to, if you’ve gone to physical therapy, try it out. It has improved my pain so much!

I've been training at Pinnacle for 13 years and it has helped reverse the aging process. I initially came to Pinnacle to treat a herniated disc (C6-C7) and after manual physical therapy sessions and then restorative classes with prescribed bio-mechanics, I was able to find relief from my injury without any kind of invasive treatment. Moreover, I recall after the first year of training there, when ski season hit, I felt like I was 21 again on the slopes (they also have skiing specific training classes). It is a fantastic spac... read more

Amy, Ethan, Ira... These are the names of the exceptional healers who gave me my life back. Even years later, I'm still crediting Amy for the freedom and healing she brought into my life. Her brilliance, compassion, and genuine willingness to listen deeply—to understand exactly how I was injured and everything contributing to my pain—made all the difference. Because of her care, I'm now heading into Physician Assistant school, something I never dreamed possible after my back injury. I'll forever be grateful for Amy and her r... read more

The therapists may be good here, I know they significantly helped one of my friends, but this organization seems to have a major problem with implicit bias regarding certain disability demographics, and they let intrusive attitudes stemming from implicit bias win when delivering patient care. I was subjected to this often. Talked over multiple times and wasn't given particularly rational explanations for suspect decisions or behavior. Or I would be given a rational explanation initially, only to have nonsensical or contradic... read more
