Had my first occupational therapy assessment yesterday with Jamey at the Woodstock location and she was fantastic. I took a fall down a few steps and lost the function and strength in my dominant arm & hand. Life was pretty grime the last few weeks for myself and my family but Jamey was positive and really helped put my anxiety at ease and honestly my mind was blown in just how much she was able to help get my arm moving with little to really no pain, still need to work with her and the team on the strength but I’m just happ... read more
My experience with physical therapist over the years has not been great but Rhonda is different. She is kind and engaging. She listened as I jabbered on about my kids and grandkids all the while stretching and pulling so gently I hardly knew she was working my stiffness out. She put me at ease making the session almost enjoyable (except for the pain). She’s wonderful and will definitely be recommending Pinnacle Orthopedics to anyone needing orthopedic surgery and/or physical therapy.
