Showed up for a scheduled tour that I booked online over two weeks ago. The "teacher" who answered the door said they were closed and to call on Monday, she couldn't help me. Had her entire stomach and belly button ring hanging out. This isn't a club, it's a school even on staff development days. Unprofessional to the extreme. I shouldn't have been allowed to book a tour if their facility was closed. Unacceptable.

I would not recommend this childcare center to any parent. My child went from loving daycare to crying every morning and begging not to go. There were days when my child seemed genuinely scared about being dropped off, and as a parent, that was heartbreaking. Whenever I arrived for pickup, all I seemed to hear was staff yelling across the classrooms instead of speaking calmly to the children. We have had such a great experience at Pinnacle Montessori of Forney. From the moment we joined the school, we could tell that it was a warm, family-oriented environment where the children are truly cared for. Ms. Nicole, the Director, is amazing, and it shows in the positive atmosphere throughout the school. The administrators and teachers are all so caring, kind, and welcoming. We have two children enrolled at Pinnacle, and the difference it has made for both of them has been incredible. Their teachers are patient, engaged, and genuinely invested in their growth. We especially appreciate the structure, the fun activities, and how welcomed our kids feel every day. We’ve seen improvements in social skills, communication, and independence. We’re so thankful for this amazing staff!

Our experience that I have to share with other moms: We enrolled our child in a Montessori school. The tour and discovery day were amazing — kind staff, great atmosphere, and a beautiful curriculum. Our child felt welcome and had a great time, so we enrolled her and even paid for camera access. Once the real days started, everything changed. From day one, no one greeted her.
