My husband of 56 years was severely disabled cognitively and physically following a cardiac failure event, a traumatic brain injury, strokes and eventually vascular dementia. I have worked for Pinnacle for over 3 years now and overall I have completely loved my job here. I love how "family oriented" it is, we have created our own little family through our work relationships with coworkers, the management and the residents. The owner Wes is really rude to residents and staff. I’ve called to ask questions about employment and he is rude and hangs up. If you got your CNA license he tries to second-guess every move you do when he’s not even CNA certified. This is more of a house cleaning job than anything.
