They ghost you after they get your money! Phone doesn't even work!
One of the most incompetent practices of law I have ever witnessed. After paying over $3,000 for Jeremy and his paralegal to settle my mothers estate, we find out it was never settled correctly and are now having to completely start over almost a year after her passing. This firm was near impossible to get in touch with and Jeremy did not even handle the simplest of tasks we asked of him. This practice took advantage of my wife and sister-in-law in their most vulnerable state after the loss of their mother. After a brief, in-person interview, Jeremy promised to help expeditiously close their mothers’s estate and charged them $3k on the spot. After being paid in full he was next to impossible to get ahold. All subsequent correspondence was through his assistant. It took 7 months to incorrectly balance a very meager estate.
