My experience here was so lovely. No high pressure sales tactics like some other places. Everything was explained thoroughly and we discovered that there is nothing wrong with my hearing, despite what my son might say ;) Although I hope my hearing stays good, if I ever have an issue, I will 100% return here and recommend to anyone looking for a referral.
Absolutely fantastic. My dad got Phillips hearing aids from a certain large wholesaler that were not calibrated properly for him. He could hardly hear with them and we could only get a follow up appointment for a month away, so I called Ian and he saw us in less than 24 hours. He spent an hour with us, retesting my dad's hearing and redoing everything the other place should have done properly.
