Fix the ATM! Why is it broken every couple of months….
Pulled up at 5:03pm.and they refuse to take my check deposit... I don't understand why this bank chooses to close at 5pm on Fridays and also not offer ATM's that let you do deposits. If you don't bank with Pinnacle stay away from them. Seriously considering switching to a bigger bank.
Nice employees, no issue with bank since October 2021. Have 3 accounts here.
Customer Service at the Drive Thru varies - if you get the male that is working he can be very curt and unhelpful. The remainder of the Staff are very nice.
Came here to deposit my check on Friday, March 11th, at 10:45am. It is now Monday, March 14th, my check is no where to be found. There is no credit in my account and they had no idea where my money was. I just got off the phone with them and they put my money in someone else's account. If you want your money to get lost then go to this bank.
