Stellar experience with Pinnacle and especially this branch. Jennifer and team are amazing to work with. We switched our business accounts to PNFP over a year ago and they were so awesome to work with that nearly everyone in our office made the change as well. Fantastic all around!!!
Worst attitudes I’ve ever seen at a place of business. Changing my bank soon because of this
Fix the ATM! Why is it broken every couple of months….
Pulled up at 5:03pm.and they refuse to take my check deposit... I don't understand why this bank chooses to close at 5pm on Fridays and also not offer ATM's that let you do deposits. If you don't bank with Pinnacle stay away from them. Seriously considering switching to a bigger bank.
Nice employees, no issue with bank since October 2021. Have 3 accounts here.
