Tracy in drive thru is always very helpful and very nice and makes my banking transactions easy. I love Pinnacle! She is a great asset to this location.
You would think that as good as this bank is...they would HAVE a good banking app! They DON'T!!! I've seen on line people complaining about their banking app. NOT HAPPY with this banks technical issues.!!

Best bank ever. They actually treat your money like your money. I bank business and personally and both aspects are great Love love love this bank. Real person at that branch answers your phone call by 3rd ring. I don't go in often, but they know me by name. Matthew is awesome to work with there, very personal and knowledgeable.
